Quit Vaping Privacy Policy

Quit Vaping is a personal vape-tracking app made by Jacob Beauchamp. This page explains what data the app handles and how.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (or Apple/Google account identifier) used only to sign you in and keep your data attached to your account.
• Tracking data you enter: timestamps of vape sessions you log and cravings you skip.
• Chat messages: messages you send to the in-app coach, and the coach's replies.

How it's used

• Your data is stored in a Supabase database and is only accessible to your account (enforced with row-level security).
• When you message the coach, your message plus a small summary of your recent stats is sent to an AI model provider (OpenRouter / Anthropic) to generate the coach's reply. It is not used to train models by us and is subject to those providers' data policies.
• We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking of any kind.

Deleting your account and data

In the app: tap the account icon (top right) → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all logs, skips, and chat messages. You can also email us (below) to request deletion.
